Fiscal Responsibility
Since her election in 2021, Paula has voted for four balanced budgets — without raising taxes and without cutting services to residents. As District C’s representative, Paula will continue to be fiscally conservative, protect taxpayer dollars, and hold the line on taxes.
Public Safety
Paula has voted to fully fund the Bel Air Police Department every year she has served.
With law enforcement facing increasing demands and dangers, Paula believes maintaining competitive compensation and strong departmental support is essential to attracting and retaining qualified officers — and to keeping Harford County one of the safest communities for families and businesses.
Education
As the first person in her family to graduate from college — and the only member to earn a professional degree — Paula understands that education is the foundation for opportunity.
She is committed to ensuring public schools focus on their core mission: providing students with strong foundations in reading, writing, and mathematics so they are prepared for lifelong success.
